Funtastic Fitness!!! Today and tomorrow we will be doing station work. The stations are teamwork work skiing, juggling, badminton, hula hoops, jump rope and fitness bands/archery bands.
If you miss a class you must make it up by one of three ways. 1. Write a page summarizing what is going on in your life with the reason of why you missed class. 2. Read a health or sporting article and write a one pages summary. 3. Put three good appropriate songs on a CD or USB drive or in a link and email it to jschenk@sandi.net.
Shown below are the creative and exciting activities we do in PE class like Stomp, partner challenges, tumbling and archery.
